What happens on the day
When service finishes, we pack down and clear our own area. Set-up and pack-down times are agreed with you and the venue. Planning an evening event in Sholing? Do you cook on site?
Fillings are slow-cooked in advance, then finished and kept hot on site. The tortillas are warmed on site, and the salsas and guacamole are made fresh.
Do you bring plates and cutlery?
Please ask us. Let us know what you already have, and we will confirm what’s included with your quote.
Can you do gluten-free food?
We can, using corn tortillas. Corn tortillas are naturally gluten-free, but some fillings, sauces and toppings may not be, so we plan gluten-free dishes carefully and give allergen information.
