A drinks bar turns tacos into a proper party. Margaritas, Mexican beer and colourful aguas frescas such as hibiscus agua de jamaica or creamy horchata suit Mexican food perfectly, and the alcohol-free options mean every guest has something special to drink.
You can book the drinks bar as an add-on to our food or on its own. We’ll check the licensing with you: selling alcohol at many events needs a Temporary Event Notice or the venue’s own licence, and we’ll talk you through what applies to yours.

How it works
- You tell us the date, venue, guest numbers and the drinks you’d like.
- We suggest a drinks menu and send a quote.
- We check licensing with you and agree where the bar will go.
- On the day our bar staff set up and serve your guests.
- We pack down the bar when service ends.
Licensing
Whether you need a licence depends on the event. Selling alcohol, including through a ticket price, usually needs a premises licence or a Temporary Event Notice. We’ll check with you and your venue before the day.
Alcohol-free drinks
Aguas frescas, horchata and soft drinks mean drivers, children and anyone not drinking get something just as good. We serve responsibly and follow the law on age and intoxication.
What it costs
We quote every event individually. Contact us for a quote. As a guide, published prices from other Mexican street-food caterers ranged from about £11 to £45 per head at the time of writing, often with a minimum spend or a minimum number of guests. Our cost guide lists named examples with links, and explains what changes the price.

Can we book the drinks bar without the food?
Yes. The drinks bar can be booked on its own or with our food.
What are aguas frescas?
Light, refreshing Mexican fruit and flower drinks, such as hibiscus agua de jamaica, tamarind or fruit waters. Horchata is a creamy rice drink with cinnamon.
Do we need a licence?
It depends on the event and how alcohol is paid for. We’ll check with you and your venue. See the Temporary Event Notice guidance on GOV.UK.

Yes. Bar staff are part of the drinks bar.
